BIOGRAPHY MRS. STARNES

Pennie Starnes earned her B.A. in History (1983) and her Masters Degree in Teaching History (1985) from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC. After a cumulative 13 years in classroom and in educational administration, Pennie decided to make a permanent career change. Despite her love of teaching history at the high school level, she went back to school in 2006 to earn a Diploma in Paralegal Technology from South Piedmont Community College in Monroe. Upon graduating from SPC in May, 2008, she began her paralegal career with the Law Offices of ElderlawEldercare Planning Services. She is married with two children, both of whom are attending college.

BIOGRAPHY MS. STRANGE

Lisa Strange is a native Charlottean and attended Central Piedmont Community College in the Paralegal Technology program. She has been employed in the legal field in the Charlotte area since 1995 and has had experience in Criminal Law, Family Law, Wills and Real Estate Law. She was previously a Deputy Clerk of Superior Court in Mecklenburg County as a Court Room Clerk in the Criminal District Court. Lisa is an avid animal lover and has a cat named “Soleil”.
